Funding from DAAD

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) supports congress and lecture trips as well as short periods of research abroad.

Funding from the Graduate Academy

The Graduate Academy supports periods of research within the framework of doctoral studies, congress trips abroad or short periods of research of maximum four weeks:

• Travel Grant to Participate at Conferences and for Short-Term Research Trips (for up to four weeks)

For longer periods of research of up to six months, Ph.D. candidates can also apply for the Graduate Academy’s scholarship for a research stay abroad:

• Scholarship for a Research Stay Abroad (for up to six months)
